1. Custom Apparel
- All apparel from JesusCity.me features a single custom design and is made to your specifications. As such, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items except in cases of size issues as outlined below.
2. Incorrect Size
- If you receive an item in the wrong size, you may return it for a one-time exchange for the correct size. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return and exchange process.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once the returned item is received in its original condition, we will send the correct size at no additional cost.
3. Condition of Returned Items
- All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.
